VAILOSg BRILON FR AS EA HV Premium Quilted Bodywarmer

The VAILOSg BRILON FR AS EA HV Premium Quilted Bodywarmer is an inherently flame-retardant, anti-static arc flash bodywarmer built for cold-weather layering on high-risk electrical, rail and utility sites. Quilted FR wadding holds warmth over an arc-rated coverall or jacket without adding sleeves, so wearers keep full arm movement for switching, jointing and inspection work — a warmer, sleeveless alternative to an FR jacket or flame-retardant gilet.

The Hi-Vis Yellow outer is woven from arc-rated Vailos Plus inherent FR fabric (ELIM 9.5 / ATPV 10 cal/cm², APC 1) over a meta-aramid FR lining, and meets EN ISO 20471 Class 2 from segmented and solid FR retro-reflective tape across the shoulders, chest, hem and body band. As a sleeveless outer layer over Vailos arc-rated garments it adds insulation and hi-vis conspicuity while the layered system carries the arc rating. Navy contrast panels at the shoulders and hem resist soiling, and a dropped rear hem gives extra lower-back cover when seated or bending.
